(B) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians

per year are

120,000.

(C) Accidental deaths per physician is

0.171

80,000,000.(Yes, that's 80 million)

(B) The number of accidental gun deaths

per year, all age groups,is

(C) The number of accidental deaths

You don't need a gun to kill somebody, so intentional does not count here.

Guns are primarily designed to kill. The accidental death rate per gun owner is meaningless, because you are 9,000 times more likely to be killed by a physician than be ACCIDENTALLY killed by a gun, according to your statistics. There are almost half a million murders in the USA, according to the statistics, giving a murders per gun owner rate as being 0.0055. Granted, it's not as high as the supposed 0.171 deaths per physician, but physicians do a lot to help people. And each physician helps a LOT more people than each gun owner kills.

People with guns who intend to kill with them do not obtain them legally anyways.
