Basically someone can post a quote they liked for the following month in this thread. Please keep in mind that you can only submit 3 quotes per month (which is actually a good amount). The quotes can also be your own if you want. Also, keep in mind that flamming/spamming etc. will get your quotes ignored. But you may post your opinion on other's posts.
Here is the outline by which you must go by:

QOTM quotes for (insert next month here):
1.
(name of person who made the quote)- "quote 1"
- Thread link (

2.
(name of person who made the quote)- "quote 2"
- Thread link (
http://...)
3.
(name of person who made the quote)- "quote 3"

http://...)
After I find out who has the most votes, their quotes will appear on the QOTM Thread. Along with my Giga Ratings list thingy.
If you vote for someone, be sure to post the name of the person you are voting for and the number:
Example:
I vote for Gigafrost
quotes 1 and 3.
Try to vote for only one person per month though.
