That is most definitely a cicada. I already got pissed with these when moving to Avignon one month ago - cicadas singing EVERYWHERE. Nonstop, as long as there is enough light.Naryar the entomologist? It's more likely than you think.
Here where I live we have very few cicadas.

Now for an orthopteran. Pretty damn sure it's Ephippiger ephippiger, at least the ephippiger genus.

Crap quality I know, but I couldn't get closer because I was on rocks in a river bed. This is a damselfly, amusingly it's black.

Now for the last pic, a Papilio machaon which had damage to the left lower wing but it still flied with no problems.
And yes, in before Clickbeetle. But I was here before him :P
