I've been spammed with loads of these e-mails recently from loads of people. Now my account keeps randomly blocking people. Has anyone else had this?

i have had some problems from random blocking aswell

not too sure how to stop it though

I got sent one of those a while back, and I deleted it. I don't think my account randomly blocks people, though.

i sometimes get those mails and my msn does indeed block people at some points.

that's just gotta be annoying as hell. but you know it's just a bot sending out those mails using their e-mail address.

This is a good sign they have a virus / somebody keylogged their account data. Solution:
1) Use a good antivirus
2) Change your account password and secret question
