i thought FOTEPX got his point to easily, so i challenged him. he accepted it.

Bot weight: LW
Bot type: Anything goes
Bot restrictions: Must be unshowcased
Contest type: VOTE (voting on most combat effective)

deadline is 10th of December.

i did get out of lazy mode to make this. and that means something. all i do now is wait. when he posts his, i will put both bots in the first post and open the poll... ... if he decides to post his bot.

Yes it would. Your bot is just the style of original design that fails once on the battlefield, like JoeBlo and Click know how to build so well.

Yours is a clamping VS, a specialized anti HS/SnS/shell spinner. Most of the time these do fail against popups.

It's all a question of wedginess. If my bot was more wedgy, I would win. If not, he would win.

Not necessarily. Powerrave's bot is much faster than you are, and can flank you easily.

its not a clamp its a VS on a burst motor (or even hammer if you want), clamp would have to have the burst starting in the down position and firing upwards then clamping when retracting..

seeing how the votes have been coming in, is there really the need to keep the poll up? i think the winner is clear.
