LW, MW, HW
RO7 bypass allowed
No Meltybrain or other BS like crawlers, trinity spinners
I think Badger said he would host

not sure if Naryar wants individual BO3's for each weightclass or just an all encompassing one. Would much prefer individual BO3's, but I know that's a lot of work for the host.
