The trial version of Fraps doesn't let you record over 30 seconds. If you bought it, then I don't know why it does that.

Or you could go cheap ass and use something like camtasia studio, but that is hard to get good quality with.

Growler Guncam is the way to go.Free, and as far as i know(never filmed with it except a mock battle with Incinerator 2) it has not got a film limit.
