Thanks for hosting Hi5er!
Classic RedAce luck, worse bot won due to better wedges. Pretty boring fights too, sorry bout that
Told ya. This is what happens when I try to build anything with wedges.
Good game though.
Also, thanks for hosting Hi5er.
I honestly would have put my money on Redace before the fight, but it turns out your stock wedges aren't as bad as you think badger haha!
Matches were kind of slow, but I think Redace could have at least won the second match if his bot didn't start donutting after the small havok.
No probs hosting guys, happy to do again!

You mean after the countdown? think the havok happened after that. It's very annoying if bots don't want to drive in straight lines.
I expected something like this to happen after seeing the design.
Think the Double Wedge setup might be the next big thing after Popups or Spinners, it doesn't leave any of the front wedgeless(unlike the plows or having normal chassis in the middle) so you need to either hit the wedges, or what happens more commonly, since bots don't drive perfectly straight, one wedge gets in the middle and then gets chewed, bot gets lifted up, fight is done.
This might also be the reason for Conundrum v6's success except that those wedges were steeper.
Hope that Redace gets more luck next time, he seems to be the Behemoth Team in this forum, having good ideas and a great machine but it just doesn't work out when it needs to.
Also I'm rather new to stock glitches but I'd love to see how the double motor/wheel setup is done like that, don't see any extenders on the side and they are perfectly lined up.

My bot is on the exchange (the one with the really long name) if you wanna see how I did mine.
Pretty ironic how a bot called "Why are all my stock wedges awful but my DSL and Ironforge ones good, makes no sense man" wins its wedge war
