I did a search to see if we had defined something as "standard tournament rules" and couldn't find anything, so I just kinda guessed.

It was also banned in ToT and has been banned in The Cauldron 2. I should clarify the rules instead of lazily typing out a single catch-all sentence.

two bans on DSL tournaments doesn't make it part of the standard ruleset.

But hey, this has been hosted by Thrackerzod, so you can always safely blame him for not following the rules.
