Robogames Arena
Various weightclasses from LW to SHW:
Lightweight (250kg)
Middleweight (400kg)
Cruiserweight (600kg)
Heavyweight (800kg)
Superheavyweight (1200kg)
Double elimination
Signups close at a set date
2 bots per person per weightclass

LW
Spinnah limits
Large teeth (25kg, 600dp) are banned
2 small teeth (10kg, 480dp)
4 tiny teeth (5kg, 440dp)
4 large beaters
6 medium beaters
8 small beaters
No more than 2 saws per robot
Dual motors are banned unless they’re a proper dual spinner (Shredder, Blue Demon etc.)
Overheads are judged on if I think their weapon is too long or not
Large single spinners (Mechavore, 259, Minion etc.) are not allowed but the smaller versions (microvore, mini minion etc.) are allowed 1

Axe/Hammer limits
Max of 1 axe/hammer weapon (Judge, Beta, battleaxe, frenZy, gothic axe etc.)
Common sense if it uses other weapons

Flippers
1 of most bursts (VDMA, magmotors and storm front hinge) unless it’s meant to be two separate flippers
Beta bursts are not allowed
Top hinges are only allowed 2 mags, no pneumatics
All flipper arcs have a limit of 90 degrees


MW
Spinnah limits
2 large teeth (25kg, 600dp)
4 small teeth (10kg, 480dp)
4 large beaters
6 medium beaters
8 small beaters

Clusters are banned due to RA2 not liking them
SnSs are banned due to being broken
All armours in 2.6  are allowed
Cheatbot is banned apart from the OK motor
Rambots are not allowed to have damaging weapons on them unless it’s a flat front (only spikes)
Skirts are not allowed unless they’re used as a dustpan and have proper supports (like S.O.B.)
Eternalflame and Neptuniasys are banned (the former is unrealistic and the latter crashes the game)
Bots with servos are allowed but you must AI them yourself before sending
Skinned components are allowed
Extenderbots must have a proper baseplate
Active armour (damaging parts that are used as armour) is banned
Hammers are not allowed on spinners
Dual motors are banned unless they’re a proper dual spinner (Shredder, Blue Demon etc.)
