The Alien - Looks as though the parts may fall off, thanks to some weirdly put extenders. Will win its heat, but die in the second round.
Hypno-disc - Definitely one of the more well built replicas, but we may see parts on the floor...
V-Max - The shape will be its downfall.
Steel Reign - Will definitely win its heat, but the weapon looks fragile.
Snookums - A very well built replica, but it can't self right.
Phere - Well built, destructive, but a high centre of gravity...
Nightstalker - Very good work from Thyrus, but is easily flipped.
Spitfire - Powerful flipper, but is it powerful enough to OOTA?
Dark Striker - Could do well if it has luck.
Aces and Eights - Well built, but may be disqualified if I don't get working bindings in time...
Terrorhurtz - Definitely in with potential, but not enough power to self right.
Infernal Contraption - Destructive weapon, but it may end up OOTA.
Matador - Good flipper, but can havok when flipper starts being destroyed.
GBH 2 - One of the best replicas I've built, but will fate be on its side?

D'you want me to post a pic or do you want to update the splash?

Oh, and

Aces and Eights - Well built, but may be disqualified if I don't get working bindings in time...

What is it? You could ask Sonny for His Aces and Eight's bindings.

For some reason, SD's bindings don't work. They crash the game on startup. It uses 'OmniRam'.

Here are my predictions-

The Alien - As Sonny said, I've seen this one in action, too. Again, strong weapons, but somewhat fragile.
Hypnodisc - Looks quite brilliant from the picture, and possibly somewhat more durable than the standard DSL rep.
V-Max - Sorry, Stagfish. It looks good as a replica, but in combat, with those stock extenders, it will probably fail.
Steel Reign - Looks fantastic and quite deadly, but it'll all depend on the durability of those brittle-looking teeth on the bars. If they break, it could become unstable.
Snookums - It's a great replica, but admittedly, apart from that, what else can it do?
Phere - Looks very well protected under that dome, but I think its effectiveness depends on its speed. And if it gets flipped, It'll be curtains.
Nightstalker -Looks impressive with the spinning ring, but could become vunerable if flipped, though.
Spitfire - Not my best DSL rep, I will admit. It's fast, has surprisingly strong armour for what it is, and basic OOTAing capability, and even then, is still capable of flipping. Could be one to consider in the 1st Fight.
Dark Striker - Looks OK, but might be vunerable to flippers.
Aces and Eights -If it can overcome the reliability issues, it should be quite a mean pusher. If not, it will probably lose.
THz - This one's my favourite replica here. Its axe looks effective, and that armour looks strong, too. But can it self right? If so, it's certain to win. If not, if I can flip it, I think I could beat it with a little luck.
Infernal Contraption - That's a lotta FBS sections! It should be well protected, then. That disc looks effective as well, but it is vunerable to OOTAing.
Matador - If it can OOTA, it's a threat. If not though, I can't see it going too far.
GBH 2/Mulsanne Monster - Looks nice, but has an exposed Angle Connector (A no-no in DSL to me), so its flipper could be broken with a random lucky shot.

Enter G.K. with pointless Robot Wars facts.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

Two heats:

Works like robot wars series 5. Two on two matches. Two UK, two USA. Meeting up in two semi-finals, one UK against one USA, coming to the heat final. Winner of each heat final goes to the final.

There will also be a losers fight as well.
