For what its worth, hybrids are allowed and its a mix of irl and standard bots.

That's implying I will be able to get more damage out of an hybrid rather than a single type bot...

Well, if you're ok with the minimum 2 spikes on popups rule...I seriously hate that I never took that out.

Again, I regret that. I can't really recommend anything but, like I said before, this is a tournament where really anything can happen so there's not that many "bad ideas" for a tournament like this

Sadly its DSL only, sorry xD

So in well over a month I managed to get 13 out of 16, which is ok but 17 people voted saying they'd enter...so really idk what happened there. I'm still 3 entries short so I'd appreciate if someone planned on entering to do it soon, I'm not one to rush but I didn't plan to take this long to fill up signups. As for the weapon restriction, I feel like I've said this before but, I will definitely remove that next time since its a obsolete rule that shouldnt've ever been there in the first place.

All 13 entries are currently AI'ed and the (albeit poorly made) splash has all of them in it, I really just need 3 more bots to get this show on the road and, if I get them today, I can start the SBV thread.

I was thinking sawbot, may be interesting. Been a while, as well. I will just have to call my sawbot a vertical spinner to be OK with the rules :P

i will have to look at my tactical approach again though.

Sawbots are perfectly fine, you can even make a bot with a bunch of saws in rows. If anyone else plans on entering then enter soon so I can start this ASAP please.

Shall I try and work out what components out of my collection for the pack are DSL ones and make a novelty robot for you? :P

You know the next Tourney you do has to be for robots made from my pack right?

Nah, it just doesn't feel right, specially since this is a tournament that has a year of time to be finished.
