I noticed that a lot of the tournaments that made it through were new ones. Hardly any old tournaments made it through. Not just this one, but Box of Nightmares didn't get enough votes either which made me disappoint.

Do people lose interest that quickly? Or do they fear the host has lost interest after so long waiting for the poll?

I voted for the tourneys that were fresh in my memory at the time. I don't think this thread was very active when voting started... So people probably spaced out about it.

Apologies STC I would have voted for yours had I put a bit more brain power into it. Hopefully it will get through on the next round or something. Try not too feel too discouraged.
