FORMAT AND RULES:
112 robot places for Qualifiers, only 56 will qualify for the main series of OW3! If more than 112 bots are submitted then I will be choosing what gets entered. No robot is automatically guaranteed access.
Qualifiers will be 4 way rumbles with 2 bots advancing from each one. Main series format is based on Battlebots 2018, ending with a 32 bot bracket!

Rules: 1. DSL-IRL ruleset - Robots must look as close to real-life designs as possible/insides must NOT be clipping through each other nonsensically. (Batteries inside motors, flippers passing through insides etc)
2. Heavyweight limit of 800kg.
3. No Mechavore/Minion/Microvore/Mini Minion discs.
4. No EternalFlame.py or logic.
5. No more than 1 Beta Burst/Motor, 2 VDMA R/P Bursts/VDMA Front Hinged/Storm Burst on your robot (depending on which one you choose, don’t mix and match).
6. If your weapon clips through the floor while trying to self-right too many times then it will be deemed immobilised.
7. No servos UNLESS you can AI it yourself then feel free to send me the servo bot with the AI.
8. No excessive extender spamming/stacking (Extenderbots are allowed of course but if you use extenders to armour your bot….no, just use the armour panels!)
9. All Cheatbot2 parts EXCEPT Flat Motors and the Overkill motor are banned.
10. No weapon spam or stacking. (like 8 spinning discs etc or putting teeth on top of each other)
11. No Steel 10 armour.
12. No meltybrain or clusterbots.
13. Swiss Army Bots are limited to three different weapon systems. The main chassis of the robot (armor, drive system, etc.) should not change between configurations.
14. RA2CF and DSC IRL packs are allowed and are encouraged for this tournament, along with skinned components.
Signups will open for a maximum of a month. If 168 bots (yeah I doubt this will happen but putting it here in case) then sign-ups will last for one more week from that point. Basically: signups will end either in a month or a week after it hits 168 robots...whichever comes first.
