Does anyone on here know where the threads are for changing teams to have a name like "Clash of the Titans" and to change the picture?

Teams.txt. Simply copy/paste and edit over the old team name and bitmap :P

I think you also have to tweak the Bindings a little bit as well.

nah.. bindings dont need any tweaking

anything on a line after a # symbol in python is ignored..

so those team names in the bindings and such are just for our own reference the game does nothing with them..

you can put bindings anywhere in the file and if 2 robots are named the same it will use only the first one it encounters in the file, doesnt matter if its under a team heading or not....

Is there a way that I could get a certain large crawler by a certain builder to *not* start in the floor when the match starts. (*cough Stagfish's bot thats on the exchange *cough*)

GMF editing is your friend

Im sure its in one of my many tutorials

and you must know where to find tutorials

one of mads big SZ's also increase the drop distance but may interfere with other robots AI

Hey SB, i have an idea... Since it's UHW you might want to power up the arena blade's torque.

Hopefully it will get OOTA soon...

Anyways, about your problem - yes, a smartzone under the bot (under the weapons) works.

There also has to be some moddable z-value for starting points in arenas...

I drove Runtime Error into the blade on purpose, and it got chucked a fair distance up the side wall. I'd say it was powerful enough to deal some damage to UHW's without them being OOTA'd.

The blade is plenty powerful enough. I will try the smartzone thingy, and I never needed to change the teams before.

put a large SZ below the lowest point of the robot

if not you need to edit the z values in the blade arena for the starting positions for a higher drop position (or I can do it for you so long as the compiler works ok)

I've got an idea for this now.

I may just make one bot though instead of tribute and another for a multibot.

Can you AI two weapons somebody, I can only AI one at the moment (and not even that well TBH)
