Rules look good. But since all the newfags are gonna ask "IRL or standard" without actually looking at the rules, I suggest you clearly state that this is DSL standard instead of IRL.

i'm actually wondering how many regular builders have the amount of ~~skill~~ cloning prowess to even build a TRFBD/flail SNS/other mass of spinning flails anymore. personally, i am going to enter either a VS, HS, or some cool hybrid.

So, I have changed some of the rules (Not major ones don't worry).

You can read them above but to summarize;

1) Change of arena - Camera angles in the DSL Tournament Arena are dreadful for recording.
2) I'm now Judging - Points can be a bit unfair if one bot has more points but the other dominated the match
3) Update on my bot - yep, hardly any progress.

Because it's awful. Too low down for my liking. Also the other arena has walls rather than silly concave things.

Just a little update;

So, yesterday I got a message from Craaig basically saying that with how the new rules are at the moment (I'm guessing these may be subject to change) that as at least half of the number of entries are required to have voted yes in the poll for this to continue on to sign-ups. With Nine people having said yes, it is basically confirmed that this can move on (when I'm ready to).

I still need to do a couple of things - mainly creating a splash for my entry so I can post it - and then this should be well on its way to sign-ups. For those of you wondering, I will be entering a reskinned, more efficient, better armoured version of J MC - GREGORY (see my showcase for a brief idea) called The Iceman, which I will post ASAP.

This being complemented by the arena, (DSL Blade Arena) which I have reskinned now as the "Blades of Glory Arena", with the strapline "This arena is as Icy cold as Steel Blades." - This is all getting into the "Festive spirit" of Christmas and winter xD.

Phew, now that's done, I would just like to say thanks to the people that voted and are interested in this, and let's hope this doesn't crash and burn like last time :D
