I would say a walker is a robot that does not use wheels or weapons as a means of propulsion.

For maximum realism on mine, could I use a lifter motor? I've had a good idea for crushing weaponry.

Laggy Arena, must have a Sponsor Decal, allowing AI parts, what's next? "You must take a picture of your self standing next to the robot"Just keep it simple.
I don't think you should let GF93 use the motor. No offense intended GF93, but if you allow that, you have to allow anyone else who wants to use cheatbot2 components and gives a reason, else it's not fair.
It's nothing against you, it's just we've got to be consistent, else we open a whole can of worms.
How about this as a rule: 'Cheatbot2 parts will be considered, but individual cases must be suggested and discussed with Freeziez before the bot is submitted'?
That's where I got my inspiration. On a side note, I'll be uploading your BTTB 4 match shortly.
That'd open up a whole can of worms if freeziez said yes to one but no to another.
