His armour is DSA.

I just couldn't come up with anything else, but I'll change the weapon real quick.

Why would he want a black on a LW when a Nifty is sufficient enough?

Because I'm not really sure how much is required to fully power a DDT, so I just said a black, just to be safe.

1. Use 1 black, more power and less kg's. And I thought you knew your stock. A Nifty's fine for this.
2. Use a different weapon, Ice Picks have normals. Not necessarily. Curved hammers are somewhat a waste of weight here, so ice picks are a good weapon choice.
4. Get a wedge HA! Build one with a wedge and make sure it's good.
6. Get Starcore, and watch how quickly that gets ripped apart. SCv2?  :trollface

I can't believe no one has said to put the DDT behind the plows yet.  That's the first thing I would do.

I'm very low on ideas
You could try what I do, and make robots that fit 'teams' you make.
Example:

I picked a them, which apparently was 'fire', and then built a bunch of robots and gave them all a matching skin.

....Or you could just try messing around with a few ideas until you figure out something for your next design O,o

2. Use a different weapon, Ice Picks have normals.
3. Tell us what the armour is
4. Get a wedge
5. Get more weapons on that hammer
6. Get Starcore, and watch how quickly that gets ripped apart.

I finally got around to making something:

The snowplow wasn't for rear armor, it's a stabilizer.

Now, if only I had the weight to give him a wedge...

Well that looks uh... wacky.

Use the tribar's other attachment point to the setup's almost flush against the ground. I doubt the drive's low enough to angle the weapons effectively as is.

Also, don't waste 10+kg just for a stabilizer. 2 extenders will do. :P

Turn the tribar the other way so it's lower and try to get the wedge to be the stabilizer
But i'm not great at stock so listen to the others  :gawe:

Well, here's the 3rd remake. I used the other attachment point on the Tri - Bar, and it turns out that now, he doesn't even need a stabilizer.

And, with that extra weight, I stacked pink batteries into the other ones, so he now has 4 Pinks (For those of you who couldn't do the math, 2 + 2 = 4), because I figured that two Small Battery packs underpowers two Right Angles and a Redbird.

And yes, I'm fully aware that static wedges are definitely not the best in this case, so any suggestions on what to replace it with would be helpful.

Well, there isn't really that much you can do whilst keeping in the weight limit. Also, I really want to make a clone of it now named Bonnie.

Ah. I got a better idea. Instead of using that static wedge thing, just use two casters. If the largest ones don't angle the weapon setup enough, go for the smaller ones as long as the front is still protected. :D

You mean putting big casters in the back so he tilts forward like this?

I meant the front. Raise them up so they won't interfere with the angled stance. Sorta like this:

Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)

That quote was 8 days ago. Now we're talking about casters or something.

Sorry I don't understand all the way, but is it like this?

I'm not an expert on casters, I never even knew you could raise them before!
