I'd say you've gone overkill on the armour there.
You'll want the drive motors the other way round to give the bot an improved turning circle.
Generally though you need to lighten your extender work there, you could also bend the hammer arms to protect them better as well.

Bob, use that background in your splash as a skin. It will look awesome.
Oh, and you could move the wedges apart by just a little bit.
I dunno', I was never really one for having long wedges that close to eachother.

Would it be better if the wheels were facing outwards?
Don't really think it needs 2 blacks for 2 hp z-tecks...

Haven't seen something close to ACAMS' building style in a long time. Looks neat.

Not bad. I would move the spinners forward, and get rid of those useless casters... Otherwise looks ok.

Casters are mostly useless.
Try and make shorter wedges as well, also servos as stacking are so oldschool.

Spinners' reach is fine if the wedges are decent.
You should try to ditch the casters in favor of rubbers, though. You can easily revert it if the wedges become worse.

Looks pretty cool. Casters are useless, though, definitely get rid of them. Reach seems a bit short for my liking too, you might want to try Axle Loading the spinners onto some extenders to get them as close to the servos as possible. Also looks a bit too long and narrow to me, but depends on how good the wedges are.

Nice to see you build again Bob, but this isn't really the best you can do IMO.

Spinner thing
DSA, 394.0. Annoying bit of weight that I can't use.

I don't think it's annoying. I would say that when it goes 392.0 or less.
