Well, seeing as I'm back I thought I'd post a couple bots that I made just to get back into the swing of things.
First up is my Lightweight "SP" 242.6 with DSA
(https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/91688SP 1.jpg)
(https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/76188SP 2.jpg)
the Middleweight version "WL"(uses the exact same chassis) 390.4 with Plastic
(https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/10609WL 1.jpg)
(https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/1773WL 2.jpg)
and lastly we have my middleweight pop up "Holly 3" 397.5 with DSA

(https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/90101Holly 2.jpg)
Thanks for the feedback, I present "Holly 5" 394.4 with DSA

What armours and weights?

What armours and weights?
ahh silly me V_V I added them to the first post.
-
Good to see you building again!
Things have advanced since you left though. We use SnapperII's (the blue ones that are found in the AI parts unlock) for stacking motors now. Widen the end of the chassis a bit on SP and put one in, and you'll have weight to put on maces or iron spikes, because 6 razors in the LW division is pretty underweaponed now.
Try to put one in on the MW too, and mount both motors on it. Then you can put some external armor on.
The popup could use some chassis shrinkage now. There's something called the "Pyscolone popup challenge" Where you make a popup with 3 DDTS (1 for wedge and 2 for weapons), 2 stacked black batteries and HPZ drive and shiny wheels, with an airtight chassis. Try cloning that setup, and you'll have the optimum MW popup.

Which is boring, because they all look the same, have the same weapons, the only difference being wedginess. xD
-
I like the way you did the popup.
-
It's particularly inefficient though...

Frontal wedge is too steep, right?
-
Nice! I think the popup wedge is a bit too steep... probably could make it better. But if that ramplate is on a baseplate anchor then it becomes daunting to make the front a perfect angle. Hope you are enjoying the game again.
Edit: GAH! J beat me to it.

Wait, you're from the old forums aren't you? Didn't you register here at GTM's under Zero_Absolute when they went down?
-
You can always ask ACAMS to be renamed Zero_Absolute.

I'm kinda done with that name V_V I was like 11 when I made it haha I'm almost 18 now haha I think it's time for a change.
-
Excuse the double post, but I updated Holly and I put it up on the first post. Thanks for the feedback. Holly 5 performs way better.
PS, I know there's a lot of extra Chassis space but I really didn't feel like messing with it to much haha kinda lazy today.
-
Next step is to get 2 blacks on it >:D
-
That doesn't look terribly bad. Maybe with a few tweaks it could do pretty well. You could attack the razors using the eFFe glitch so they all face the same way.
-
Nowadays we just progressively post bots throughout the showcase. Looks good though.

That would get WAY to cluttered for my OCD ass V_V

ahhhh, classic stock building.
welcome back zero

Funny thing is, I pretty much did the same thing.
