First of all, the showcase is for all your bots, not just one bot per showcase.

Also;

tighten up the chasis to save as much weight as possible
ALWAYS build as close as possible to the weightlimit
the brackets look like wasted weight to me
Are those wedges on ddts?
And whats the armour?

A bit more info helps us in helping you   ;)

No, it should be called "swin1100's Showcase"
Anyhow,I'm not Juggler expert so wait for more experienced people.
One question, armour?

the armour is steel. the brackets are there so the victims dont escape and the wedges are on ddts. and the weight is to stop it getting pushed around.

Use DSA, which you can read about on that page, make the stoppers wider to fit bots in better.

Or move them further back beside the plow, at an angle towards the discs. I would also add some frontal protection against HS's, maybe some Baseplate Anchors and Ramplates.

Welcome to the forums!

Not bad for a newbie, I would download Starcore AI pack V1.

@S_M: That would be swin100, not swin1100.

Yeah that's a good idea. Definately add some ramplate frontal protection.

Also, you could download DSL from sages signature if you want tougher opponents...

DSL isn't the same as stock though. Different rules apply.

Yeah I know, but if he's downloaded every mod and he obviously wants a new mod DSL is the easiest to get.

I'm kind of surprised starcore doesn't do a sage and have a ready made starcore pack download in his sig.

Here's how you do install those AI packs.
Well obviously you download them of the downloads page or Sage's sig.
Then when its dowloaded you should copy a Robot Arena 2 folder and rename it to whatever mod your using. Then you just extract them into that folder with the WinZip/Rar wizard.

The placement could be better (a little further out and back), but actually I can see those being very useful and I'm surprised this is the first juggler I've seen with side trappers.

I know, but i thought plows would be a better alternative for the sides.

Then again I haven't played stock for a while so i can't quite remember.

Try to fit an additional black battery. 1 black battery for 6 HPZs will drain a lot.

Not bad for a first bot... and for a 10-year-old :P

Nah, it's about winrar. You have nothing to worry about that.

Pole spikes are useless. Add a ramplate or something.

here's an example:

Get rid of the side spikes altogether and put a ramplate on the front, or HS's will eat you. ;)

And what exactly are they going to hit on a straight clash ?

NOTHING.

No good builder builds popups with side spikes cause they know they're weight wasted.

I say add front protection.

Edit: There, you see, NFX says it as well and he's no clueless newbie.

Also, Remove them pole spikes and make it a MW.

If he swaps the Irons for a ramplate, and drops down to DSA, he'll lose a fair chunk of weight. I'm still wondering whether he should lose a Supervolt or not to drop down into the MW class. Normally popups should score fairly quick kills in Stock.

Not true popups like this one...

If he removes the side spikes, he could reduce the chasis size enough for it to be a MW.
