Looks good, but I think it would be more effective just as a rupter. Cut it down to a Middleweight, too.
Use for battle against Avalanche so it is heavyweight.

Okay, then find ways to muster it up to the full 800 kgs.

Armor. Everywhere. Front, back, side, top, everywhere you can, just for the sake of the weight limit.

I know you really don't want to, but you're gonna have to make that chassis bigger if you want it to be fit for a HW. The width should be doubled at the least.

Here is the `evolution` of Cassini Pro. It is called Enceladus named after Saturn's moon. It has DSA and I based the weapon idea off Clickbeetle's The Ultimate Sacrifice. I know it is not good but I am trying to use ideas that are rarely touched at. Insides it has that DDT burst motor, two HPZ-Teks and the supervolt battery.

Use smaller casters, you want a snapper wedge too.

Yup a small wedge is a must on any popup, unless you want to focus purely on HS-killing and don't care about other wedges.

The casters should go all the way to the edge of the chassis, so spinners have a hard time hitting the sides.  The sides are the most vulnerable part and need to be protected.  As for the height of the casters, tall ones are good for blocking hits, but short ones make it easier for bots to slide up the wedge.  You need to find a good balance between the two.  I find that 15cm height casters work pretty well.

Neat design putting the drive inside the chassis, though I doubt it's the most efficient setup.

Servos are good for Servo bursting, component overlapping, and many other things as well. You should kill the idea though and make it just a poker because lifters don't work in Stock anyway...

Servos are completely incapable of lifting anything, aside from what's attached to it. Servos are best used for enhancing motors, or overlapping components, such as on NWB. It's virtually impossibly to build an effective lifter in Stock, at any rate.

Servos are good but aren't Snapper II's better for overlapping and such?

SnapperII's are lighter, and have the second AP, but servos are MUCH more stable. You get no torque vibrations with servos at all.

Ok here is Destructive Tech. It has DSA and should I try to make it a HS/Popup or a HS/VS?

Stop reusing chassis. :P I think that's the one major thing holding you back from building well. Don't be afraid to build new chassis!
