And improving an aspect means sacrificing another, especially when your bot's extremely optimized. Ancient Leviathan's building approach is to have a slow but terribly hulky stance. If you want to make it faster and give it less weapons, give your bot another name.

Well, in my opinion, RedAce needs to start making more original bots of his own instead of improving ones that have been allready made.

I know he's an awesome builder, I've allready got that in my head. I just think that if he mixed his awesomeness with some originality, he could be as good as Virus or Scrap.

He's allready started, and his snowball of awesomeness is tumblin', but if he doesn't make some original bots, he'll just stay at this level forever... and isn't the point of a showcase to improve?

You gotta start somewhere. I learned to build better by cloning SC bots. Trojan Horse was an Ultimate Spammer semi-clone. Building originally without a solid foundation of RA2 knowledge gives you lackluster-performing bots. If RedAce were a tenured builder like Sage and started to build clones, then you can feel underwhelmed by the result. RedAce is a newbie, and you should respect his style since his bots are eons better than yours even when he started later than you.

Best way to learn is to copy. After you copy, you should strive to copy others' bots, but then also improve them. Once you can improve on others' designs, then you become your own builder. It's what I did... (InfiniteInertia and Pyscolone noob-whacked me constantly for cloning :P) but in then end it worked out.

Actually FOTEPX, you could get some pointers from RedAce. He's improved faster than anyone I've ever seen. (Besides maybe Pwnator)

The bot would be better if you snapper loaded the Z-Tek inside the chassis, but it's fine as it is.
