Regardless of your image uploading. First of all, your chassis is too large. You know if you looked some examples of 36HS spinners like Absolute Chaos or Vela from BBEANS 5, both bots use a technique/glitch known as snapper loading which an explanation of this glitch and few other useful glitches can be found here: https://gametechmods.com/forums/tutorials-and-tips/ra2-stacking-and-using-glitches-to-build/. Also, I wouldn't use servos for the  Sure when you put it into practice it's tedious process, but it can pay off when finished, even in the lower weight classes. Also, how many batteries are you using? Not only that, if you just try and stack the batteries and use the following glitch above for the weapon mo, you'll find yourself a lot more weight to play around with to put towards some more Ironspikes instead of the razors for a better weapon inner radius and possibly an additional weapon motor for more weapon use. I'm not experience in making them but I hope this helps.

Extra Tips:

1. Too Large Chassis, Higher Risk of Getting Hit

2. Iron Spike and Mace is Useful Weapons for 36HS

3. Practice make perfect

4.DON'T USE RA2CF

5. Watch Out for a Popup, it should hit below of your chassis, Extra Armor may do the job.

6. If you Bot is Upside Down Driveable, You will be safe against Flipper and Popup (I guess)

7. (Optional) Did you know there is export skin when in paint tab? you export it and you can use MS Paint or Paint.NET to edit the skin and import the skin to your bot and boom.

I think most of the ways to improve the build has already been said, and most of the good advice has been given, but let me say some things:

I think what you have built was a good attempt at making one of the best bot types through the skills and techniques you know. However, what you built isn't quite a 36HS as defined by the wiki (https://wiki.gametechmods.com/index.php?title=Horizontal_Spinner#Commonly_Known_HS), as it needs to have 36 irons or maces for it to really count (otherwise, the name 36HS would have no weight to it). True 36HSes are pretty difficult to build, and requires a strong mastery of various building techniques (including glitches).

If you want to build a true 36HS, you're going to need to improve your glitching ability a lot. The most important thing to understand for these kind of builds is how the effe glitch and snapper loading can work together (specifically, look at the "advanced snapper loading" in the link Dark-Al posted). As already stated by others, you would also need better chassis management.

However, it doesn't make any sense for a relatively new player to try this (I have never tried it, since its super tedious and has already been done a bunch of times). The best use of your time if you want to improve in general is going to be practicing glitches, and this applies to any stock build.

Something else I forgot to mention: download an AI pack to play against, and also put some of those robots in the botlab so you can see how they were built.

As you improve, go through the tutorial guides here (http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/ra2techs.htm) and here (https://gametechmods.com/forums/tutorials-and-tips/complete-tutorial-index/) and keep posting new robots so we can help you out.

Oh yeah, if you want a bot to be a 36HS, you need to had 4 Weapon Motor and a 36 Weapons.

rotate your razors so they all line up and hit at the same time.

Why should any one take the time to write feedback when you can't take the time to crop your images?

You could possibly free up more weight by making the chassis smaller.

"Paradox"
Heavyweight 36HS, weighs 796 kgs.

"Psych!"
Middleweight Psycolone popup. It's probably pretty ineffective, as I did not have weight to attach an extender to the small wedge with the stacked Supervolt required for the challenge.

chassis space could be heavily optimized on both robots - Psych! looks like you could drop the chassis height a few ticks and still fit everything, and there's a ton of empty space beyond that. if you turned the battery 90 degrees and stuck it between the drive motors, you could rearrange the chassis to be much lighter than it is now.

Psych!'s razor layout could also use cleaning up, you never want them perpendicular to the burst axle like that. still, these are great starting points to build off of.
