So lads here is the problem;
I'm having problems with the drive setup for this bot.

In short I'm trying to make a MW rammer but having problems trying to stack and snapper load.

Whats the best way of doing this?

not sure if you've done this before, but

rad on the hidden ap >> axle load >> first extender for drive >> hover second extender for drive >> spin the rad to return the visible ap >> click down the second extender on the air >> attach drive and stuff >> axle load again >> remove cb and attach nifty >> stack in the cb and remove the rad

Cherry Blossom Murder Season. A name I had in my head for ages and cages and pages to use on a bot.

MW spin motor popup = them originals.

DSA, two blacks, 12 razors. Eats SCv4 like how I eat fried rice which is fast. And brutal.

With the extra weight, I would widen and make the chassis wedge less steep  ;)

I built one of these a while back, but I had extra armour and only 8 razors iirc. 12 razors seems like a better idea to me.

I definitely agree with KOS on this one. It looks to me that the chassis sort of curves in on itself at the front for the wedge, but that could be me seeing things. Maybe you could give us another angle so we can tell how steep the wedge actually is?

Also, I like the name. put this face on it (´・ω・`)

Only 3 replies huh? Well the more you know.

Anyways here's the bot from the side angle. Added rubbers and took out a razor. Will increase chassis wedge soon.

STILL eats SCv4 like how I eat fried rice which is fast. And brutal. And even manly?

I would drop to a single black and add armour to the edges in some way (maybe casters?) or just make the chassis bigger and more shallow, but other than that I like it.

This topic has not been posted in about 790 days and screw it now I'll break the combo.
Today I thought I'll show you guys what I was going to enter in the GTM tournament but did not. Beware this is what it was before I the first complete design which ended up being deleted hence the weight.

Saigo Ni - Meaning the last time.

DSA, 1 Black, I know underweight

I tried to pick up where I left off last time I built which was designing a MW spin motor popup which you can see an earlier design of from a few posts earlier in the thread. I remember what made a good stock robot such as the likes of having a compact as possible chassis and not using ballasts etc. Having went for about eight razors for this design and the bot moving along stably with weapon motors running I thought I was on the verge of creating a tournament-worthy robot.

There was a problem and that was wedges. I was using dual green Snappers for the robot along with rubbers but no matter how much I tried it did not go underneath most robots. Adjusting the angle of the wedges and even rebuilding the bot didn't help. In the end I decided not to enter because I wanted my first attempt back at RA2 to be a great one and so I wanted to have built something I wanted personally to be proud of. I wanted to have people here forget the way I was back at my starting days.

tl;dr: I didn't enter because I couldn't build something that represented me having matured as an RA2 builder and a person in general.

I forgot to mention that I did end up adding more razors and did achieve the weight limit. This is what it was before that iteration. The first complete one ended up being deleted.
