I like it. It wouldn't hurt to add at least a bit of a slope to the front. A thin rammer or piston would munch that thing up. If possible, moving the casters closer to the center would help, too.

Actually a sloped front would probably hinder that design.  You don't want bots to slide up on top of the piston, you want them held in front and repeatedly punched.

Good bot.  I wonder if there could be a better place for the ice picks though.

the ice picks help stabilize the robot, it tended to slide becuase of its speed but with them attached its much more maneuverable

What if you shortened the wedge's extenders and put 20cm's on sideways and put irons across the front gap or something for protection, then put the wedges on the 20cms?

Wow. One of the coolest robots I've seen in quite a while. I think the 4wd is pretty sweet, and so is the caster armour bottom. My only worry about it is the fact that razors are brittle and don't have very much HP. Is that a problem at all, or does it kill too fast?

WTF! 917 damage with that weapon ??

Anyways I like it, bust I would put iron spikes too. Nice idea about the casters protecting the weapon motors.

Pys, nice and original.  Could you show some inside pics?  Don't know it's weight..... but, what is/are the advantage(s) of the 4WD?    In case it loses a motor/wheel is one I can think of....  Whatever its advantages, I was also thinking of instead bolstering its weaponry for increased offense....
Input is appreciated. :)

I would go with irons, they hit better and have a longer reach.

Irons in all honest truth wont do much more. Also switching the rubbers to shiny will save about 20 kgs, thats not enough for all irons by any means.

Interesting design, with the spinners high up instead of as low as possible like most VS's.  How well does it work compared with a low VS?

Reminds me of Shriek 2, but with more reliable weaponry and drive.  I can imagine it must be good.  Are the drive motors mounted on servos, so you can raise and lower the chassis to adjust the weapon height?  It doesn't look like it, but it could be a cool feature.

The high up HPs only downfall is that on hard rams the whole bot occasionally tips forwards, other than that it works just as a low placed VS would do. The drive is placed on a snapper atm to save weight and for more connnection points, that feature your talking about however, I may try.

I'm assuming that there are two black batteries and two stacked snappers in there and it has DSA. It's a brilliant setup, but there is no way that that cam be invetible. One of the coolest looking bots none the less.
