and yes wtf are you doing with all these pinks

couldn't fit the black, couldn't be assed to rebuild the chassis taller and rebuild it all over again, and i don't wanted to spend who knows how long stacking the CB in the Black so i used pinks, that i said i could BFE chassis height, if it's legality will not be compromised

it's not a design who is especially long to build, just some snapper loading here and there

also maybe you can just use a single piston.

yeah it didn't took that long, but yeah, i really hate having to redo a bot all over again for a small detail like this, and a single piston means the SNS part will not have enough weapons (thanks rule of seven), i'll just BFE the chassis for it to be taller

It's still sloppily built, if you want to win i would advise rebuilding it

yeah I know i hate rebuilding bots in stock but it's not like you have 4 stacks and 12 snapper loadings to do.

if i wanted to win i would enter the HW HS/SNS that have been sitting in my lab for a month or so,  i just made it cause the T-Wrex style bot seemed a cool concept

Just rebuild it:

DSA
28 irons and 2 maces

but now AIing it is gonna be a pain, i want to make it so it SNS until all the weapons on the thwack part are gone and then switch to Shove

I still see no reason as to why you are using 2 snappers for all the drive (other than maybe turnspeed), all you need is a setup up like this
If you want more turnspeed you can just put 20cms on the ends of the T connectors then.

So yeah, time to update this showcase, with my first try for a challenge bot against KOS: The Chimera, an FS/VS hybrid

but i'll rebuild since it has crappy wedginess and is slightly bouncy

bounciness is the maces, i think.

needs stronger VS motors.

also I think you can get rid of that caster armor and try and put the FS less far apart.

Time to update this showcase again, and this time, i'm making an team for ASAI, or more like, a rebuild of some old unfinished team project for it that can be found in this noobishness-invaded wreck of a showcase, and here is one of the two MW i plan to include in this team: Walrus 11:

i was aiming to make a popup with a really small chassis, not sure if i successed, 5 razors, DSA, 1 black, 395ish kg, rest you can pretty much see, has yet to be tested but i feel that it's gonna be slaughtered by ASAI, oh well, at least i tried

It looks very cool, but honesly is far too fragile. It's going to fail as soon as you lose one of them mower blades.

Still I like the design, it's just that I don't feel it is competitive. You can make secondary wedges out of components only in DSL. In stock, however...

I don't know why you need grannies on it, as you are wasting a bunch of weight by using them.
Anyways, battleaxe hammer or bust dawg

It should be an unofficial rule that you should build the more fun of your two options.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

don't see why you are adding battleaxes/ramplates to the caster armor... is it a requirement of the bot you must rebuild ?

well, not really, all i needed was battleaxes as part of the armor, but since the original had ramplates as armor i may add some, as for the battleaxes well, they're meant to protect from other hammers and any attacks aiming for the top of the bot, and plus i don't think i'd have much use for the weight otherwise, maybe eventually DDT wedges but rally that's about all i could think of
