I will admit, it's very nice looking, but not combat effective in any sort of way. Also, can we see the insides?

You never know Enigma, he could be one of them IRL realistic types. Anyway, inside shot please. Also, you're gonna need much, MUCH more weapons than that.

Could someone link this guy to Starcore v2? I think that would be a good starting point for this guy.

You're gonna need better batteries than that.

- Change the wedges to Snapper 2's
- Upgrade the weapon
- Eliminate the front set of wheels
- Stick a black in there
- Make the chassis less deep
- Change wheels to shinies or rubbers

Supervolts are the best batteries in the game. Pinks are only ever used on AW and some BW designs, with Niftys almost exclusively being used in LW design. Most people start out making bots for the rule of cool rather than efficiency, before looking at ways to combine the two. What I think you could do is remove the Right Angle Drive motors, Mini wheels and Pink batteries to save 76kg, then swap the Slipperbottom wheels for Shiny Hubs for another 12 kg (88kg total). I reckon the chassis is wide enough to have the DDT's three abrest up the front, so you can get a Blackvolt in the middle. You could also try stacking a second Blackvolt into the first one to save chassis space and therefore weight. If you had another Small Wedge instead of the blade, for a pure Flipper, then I believe that would then fall into the Middleweight category.

If you need more information, you can go to the Beetlebros. website for some more pointers, and I would highly recommend watching Sage's videos on glitches. Stacking and eFFeing are the easiest to learn, and then you have Axle and Snapper loading, which is more complex and allows for much more compact and efficient designs. For now, though, I think you should try and brainstorm ideas, and try to find out what works and what doesn't.

And that brings us to lesson #1 in bot building 101:
- Construct your chassis around the components you will be using. This means if you're going to use a supervolt, plan accordingly and set aside some space. DO NOT just build a chassis and try to fit whatever components you can in it.

You'll need lesson #0 too:
- Minimize the empty space that exists in your chassis. Empty space is wasting valuable weight that you could use for other things such as more weaponry, or even moving down a weight class. That robot of yours could easily be a middleweight.

I'll let other people here tell you about DSA armour, which weapons to use, how to adequately power your bot, etc. Just don't let it bother you if anyone posts "FAIL" or anything similar. Keep being polite, and you'll get respect :)

I'm already liking you. I see much promise in you, man. I'm eagerly awaiting your upgrade. Also, Rule #2, don't post 3 replies, just press the modify button and move them all into one post. People could see placing them all in seperate replies as spam.

- DSA is when you don't click the armour tab after making a chassis. ALWAYS do this.
- Use Iron spikes, razor tips, maces, and the occasional boxer fist.
- Pretty much only use Nifties and SuperVolts for power.
- Select alternate attachment points by clicking the green circles on components.
- Use Snapper 2's for wedges.
- Never use Snapper II's for weapons.
- Always build to the maximum weight oppurtunity.
- Always build your chassis around your components.
- Only use shinies, rubbers, and grannies for wheels.
- Use balance castors as armour.
- Check out some of Sage's video tutorials for Snapper loading, eFFe, axle loading, and such.

So... yeah.

Ok...

I have to say, the skin is 75.643% better than most newbie's bot skins. The bot itself, however, could use a lot of work. But I'm too tired to write everything out, I'll let the other guys give it to you =P

Yeah he seems to be a very good listener, which is great for a new bot builder.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

If you stacked the black batteries, you could fit the third DDT in there by moving the other two backwards and out.
