Hammer's are very difficult to build effectively and even then are only effective against a select few bot types. I can see why a new guy to the forum would not enjoy building them.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

I like the drawing but the RA2 version of the weapon motor you drew is not good for weapons for MW or HW bots

btw this is a drum

Yeah that's just a VS. Drums usually have wide weapons taking up most of the front. Examples would be DrumbleBee (Posted above) and Scrap's Incinerator.

Ok thanks ^^ btw the bot failed, the shiny wheels i drew didnt help at all, the weapon was slow (sorry S.T.C. I didnt read it before trying) and cuz of that i didnt want it to be a HW, also the maneuvering was worse than a walker and it was impossible to keep it as a MW. XD

And also Drumblebee looks great :approve:

lol nice

Back on topic..
I fixed Tsunami's weird overweight and it now weighs 798.9 kg
It now misses 8 maces and a supervolt for making it legal

Here you can see an empty slot on the tribars's arms, there were 3 maces on each arm before the update (4 arms were left unchanged)

And I rotated the servos for showing the inner parts in this pic, there were 2 supervolts before the update

try putting everything on two servos or, even better, two blue snappers. Also, are you using DSA?

I think you can shrink that chassis some.

Think of the chassis as the heart of your robot.  Any damage it takes will bring it closer to death. Exposing your motors and wheels outside the chassis is not sin. If you lose a motor or wheel... your bot will be crippled but as long as the chassis remains undamaged you have a better shot. (there are exceptions of course)  I think your bot would fare better in battle if the chassis was smaller.

Think of the black knight from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail".  You can lob off an arm... a leg... another arm... but the torso (chassis) keeps the bot fighting.  Don't worry about protecting components with the chassis.  Do the opposite, protect the chassis with the components.

Welcome to the forums. You seem nice and cool. Stick around.

If you want to be a better builder it always helps to follow our advice. Trying a more difficult setup with less servos/bursts is a quick way to get better.

Wow thats a very good way to explain it.. o_O I should show this to my sister lol.. ever since i teach her how to build robots here she's made some robots that look good but perform badly.. I'm not sure if the bots are bad or its her who doesnt control them right.

Yes im thinking of a redesign for Tsunami, with a smaller chassis, maybe two blue snappers, i think it should hide the chassis better than the current one, if a tribar was broken the robot was gone. That shouldnt happen anymore I guess.. (EDIT: Word fixed)

And thanks for the welcome  yes I will log in and post, help, etc as much as i can ^^ I like communities like this :approve:

"I will, Master" xD
Not sure where did i hear it tho, too many movies..
I usually follow the experienced and skilled people's advices, as well as ask them for help and stuff like that, once i become one of them (of you), I try and help.. hopefully I will one day. I love helping other people

Sage is partially right :P

don't go dismantling this robot if your happy with it. leave it and start from scratch with a new one
