Don't expect this showcase to be packed to the brim.

Louwel. A lightweight. DSA obviously, nifty, 4 razors, snapper for weapon and blue for wedge.
Not an amazing wedge but a good start I guess. It's not extremely original, but it's not a complete klone. only reason I'd check other bots is to see which battery to use, wheels, drive, etc.

too much razors
and yes there is such a thing

Lopping off a razor will give me 13kg to balls around with, what should I do with that?
-
Get a black battery.
-
Looks good, the only problem is the lack of frontal armour. How does it do against horizontal spinners?

For reasons of weight rather than space, I couldn't get a black in there, so I put a pink in there instead.

Not terribly but I wouldn't count on it. I kinda made it with popup vs popup in mind and not really vs hs.
-
na, its not the frontal armor that matters for LW popups. its just too narrow and will get knocked away immediately by any 9HS. There aren't as many LW popups to worry about as there are HS, so I would get rid of the blue snapper and make the front part of the chassis wider.

2 blacks, 18 razors, still got a bit of weight to screw around with and a ballast for wedge efficiency (tested against RPB but not yet NWB)

it's mongol enough :thumbup

You mean to tell me that I actually build a good hw popup in stock with my first shot?
-
Well, it needs moar armor, but then again moar armor = less manly.
Needs another black battery.
-
It doesn't need another black battery. It needs less razors and more armor.

So I'm thinking I should cut off 4 razors and add a ramplate or two. I'll do that a bit later.

Out of 10 how would you rate the movement and the control.
-
Looks a lot better than before, can't really say much on how to improve it. Maybe rubber wheels would make it more wedgy, but good job anyways.

8. Tested the wedges against two bots that are infamous for being wedgy and both trials went well. 4 hpz's and shinies are the standard for a heavyweight popup so I went with that.

lookin cute

This is, not only a mw popup with 4 razors and HPZ's and shinies and a black, but it's also a tribute to a Clickbeetle bot called Viceroy 2, which is a similar looking mw popup.
This particular bot, I don't want to change too much about. My idea is that it's supposed to be Viceroy, but retrofitted with up-to-date stock building techniques and armor and stuff.
-
bit of empty space there and it's not only because it's a popup
it looks nice though, also dem red extenders
-
I advise changing the first extender on the weapon setup 90* so you can add another razor.
Lots of empty space, but i guess you are trying to replicate Viceroy.

By that you mean using the top connection points on the extenders? I felt like that would make the weapon a bit too tall..
The original Viceroy 2 had 6 razors, but the extra 2 were where the irons are. He also had a smaller chassis, but with 2 DDT's and I'm not sure how he managed to do that

Made some changes. It's a lot closer to how viceroy was setup. I actually didn't know that casters all weighed the same despite size.
