no seriously.. I build a big chassis and layout all my parts into a set up then build a chassis the shape of those parts.. minimizes amount of rebuilds

I'm tempted to do something like that now, with mega adapters.
Though I usually try to start with the small-er chassis, then build something off of it using Snappers and what-not :3

Must be. Move the snapper left a bit, and redo the weapon setup with one 20cm extender. Saves 7kg, that does. =D

At first I thought it was a full body flipper, until I saw the razors hiding under the ram plate.

It looks cool but it's gonna get torn apart by the first HS it encounters. Slow drive + narrow profile + exposed side extenders = HS food.

You might want to try doing a setup more like my Noble Sacrifice except not upside-down.

And, if possible, a Supervolt. Nifty-powered popups (even with only a Snapper 2) start stalling and become useless about halfway through the match in my experience. Maybe ditch the ram plate? It's not doing too much good where it is.

One thing you should remember is if you can, never use a length of 40cm and longer. All extenders in stock have the same HP so 2 20 cms have twice the HP of 1 40 cm.

I guess you mean 1.5 hours (1h 30 min; 1.3 -> 1h 20 mins -> makes a big differens)

Try not to use angle connectors, you could attatch your extenders angled, off the side of the others :D
