.......I'm not entirely sure Snapper IIs are good for flipping power.
If you made the chassis a bit longer and removed 1 of the Snapper 2s, you should have enough weight for a DDT.

Neither. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It just depends on what you want to pit it against.

YES! Finally did it. After doing loads of shrinking, I managed to get it in the MW mark.

See Minesweeper for proof. Your bot is pretty much the same, but mine has weapon motors outside to give it HPZ drive.

Wasn't random. its not your fault, but bots of that type (MW wedgless triple FS) tend not to do too great. Even if you enter them into a ton of tournaments XD
