Not bad for a newbie though
It's a good start. First of all your drive too weak to start with. For a pop-up is not only about having a good wedge, but also having your bot to quickly get under your opponents to gain an advantage before they do, so I recommend that you switch to using High-powered Z-teks for a little more speed for the same amount of power and also to use upon the remaining weight you have left. I also avoid using Y connectors for the weapons since you won't get plenty of weapons on them. What I do is that I use a single 20cm extender for the base and I use the eFFe glitch to add on some side extenders to add some more razors. I also recommend moving your DDTs much close because with your bot's wedge, most bots will just go onto the wedge while most of the weaponry won't do most of its job. I know your tendency of not reading long posts, but this will help if you just read it.

Sure the 140cm extender weighs alot less than the 20cm, but you're going to find yourself with an overly long pole for a weapon that can be broken off easily from outside the chassis from other weapons and unable to hit other bots effectively since the razor tip will be placed too far away from how I'm thinking about it.
Please do not use thumbnails, but instead picture links surrounded by IMG tags. here's something to help you : https://gametechmods.com/forums/tutorials-and-tips/guide-to-making-good-screenshots/about the bot itself, it could be a bit tighter and could use another black battery, too. though, don't make it too tight : a popup needs to be somewhat wide, big and of the smallest height possible to be stable, resist HS's blows and get under opponents well.
