Espee's poor (but ballanced) Bots

SAWPLATE

Inspired by Ronin. Goes beneath the bots. Bots trapped above can't attack and the more they move, the more damage they take. The wheels also do not allow bots to escape. Don't worrry about the finnishing hit, spinning attack is really powerfull.
Pros:
SPinning attack
Goes beneath robots
Can damage unexposed wheels
Cons
Exposed weapons/wheels
Unable to move while upside down.

TORTURE

Takes bots on its top damaging them from sides. The spikes on its back do not allow the enemy to flee while being damaged.
Pros:
Damages sideways
Goes beneath robots
High energy
Cons
Exposed weapons/wheels
Vulnerable from behind

Poor even taking realism in mind. Sawblades are crappy in Stock, and you could be much more efficient with the batteries in Sawplate. By trading those pinks for a Black, 2 blacks if you really don't want your bot to slow slightly near the end.

Torture.. nice design, bad execution. Blades aren't too good and it's way over powered. Needs a wedge on a Snapper too.

Also, build to the weight limits.
And don't choose an armor type in Stock. Leave the armor tab alone, and you'll have armor as light as Aluminum, but twice it's strength, making it better then Steel in weight AND protection.

And if you want to use spinners like saws, attach them to motors like z-techs or RADS, other wise you can't get them to spin.

Plus:
Don't use N12s, use shinies. Rebuild your chassis so it is short enough to be invertable with shinies.
Also rebuild your chassis to get rid of empty space. Empty space=wasted weight.
Don't overpower your bot. 1 black battery can power 4 HP Z-techs.
The weapons you've got on top of Torture are useless.
What Redline is on about is called Double Strength Aluminium, or DSA. Use it, by not using armour as red described.

^These are just basic tips and I could go on, but to save me or anyone else from having to, lurk the forums and look at other peoples showcases to pick up on info and improve your bot building skills.
Good evening.

Stock sawblades on axles = not powerful at all.

Oh and please look around the other showcases - it's a good way to improve.
