I see where your coming from Inf, but whatever, knowing you, you wouldn't believe me anyways.

It's not like there's a whole lot of chassis design freedom when you shove a HP-Ztek, drive system and 9 weapon heads onto a LW.

Amen.

Really? count on one hand how many times you've seen it done.

I've seen 9 heads on a Ztek quite a few times, so that's not original. I've seen Ztek+RAD on a LW before, so that's not original. I've seen chassis designed to fit the components quite tightly before, so that's not original. I've seen T shaped spinners before, so that's not original.

Short of managing to stack your Ztek and your control board into your battery, there's no lighter chassis style to use.

Shockingly enough, taking a fairly standard chassis shape and putting a fairly common tribar setup onto it does not make you the sole owner of the concept of combining the two.

9 heads on a HP Ztek on a LW? you would be mistaken.

You're very good at ignoring the point.

You combined two VERY common setups and are having a fit because someone else did the same.

Its not a common setup! Especially the fact that he announced it as a HS/SnS Hybrid.

To be completely honest, it looks like you just optimized Shreddar and used the extra weight to add weapons.

...and if you honestly think you're the first person to combine a horizontally spinning weapon with a spinning chassis, I think you're beyond help.

Get over yourself and quit whining about someone building a robot that looks like yours.

shreddar was built after spin cycle and functions no where close to it. Its hard to believe a newbie around here who cant build worth jack and then shows up with a bot very well built and very similar to a bot I just entered in a tournament.

others would agree.

Hey 40757.... even if you disagree with Inf, just admit you were cloning. Even if you didn't clone, it will work out better for you if you say you did.

by functions nowhere close to it, you mean it has the same drive system, same battery, same chassis shape and same number of weapon heads in a slightly different layout. Also, I don't see Spin Cycle showcased prior to 5/3/08.

As I said before, though, putting two common systems together does not make you the king of originality.

You'd have a better argument if 40757 had made any sort of claim about his bot being original/the first of its kind. As it is, you're whining about someone going "hey, that weapon looks effective. I'll try making one."

No I'm tired of this kid walking all over me.

@ Inf: Get over yourself. If you don't like my bot then just leave.

This'll end with blood on the walls.
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

When I built Shreddar, I had just learned eFFe qlitch and basic stacking skill. And I dont remember seeing a bot named Spincycle before building it, but then again building origional HS is pretty hard in stcok, because they will mostly end up looking the same in the end.

I don't see many bar HS's these days.. the bars (extenders) weigh less the tribars which means more weapons.

Well, Spin Cycle is Aerial HK and Inf posted it like August 07. I fought it online even earlier so I don't know...

When Inf was complaining about my cloned bot in Robo Zone, I just thought this

"Inf's bot is a better version of Shreddar. My bot is a better version of ECO Jr."

When you have 10 minutes to build a bot, a clone is the best you are going to get.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

spin cycle has been around for ages (before BBEANS 3) i think.. Inf wouldn't clone a bot from anyone less superior..

I'm ussually not good with the pop-ups but I think I did a good job on this one. Hubs and Green snappers used to get a better wedge.
