Title: Why don't we have a GTM youtube channel?

This could help everyone, including myself, because some people (including me) don't have a youtube channel. We could upload all of the tournament videos onto that channel and everyone could watch them. It could also help to save server space on GTM.

Just a thought. ;)

What would be the pourpose anyway? everyone who cares about Gametechmods is on Gametechmods. Other than that it's just yout00bs who insist battle axes make perfect ramming weapons and that razors suck because of there size.

the puropse would be that we dont have to create our own youtube account to upload tourney videos onto youtube

I suggest locating the topic, a lot of people made valid points as to the issues creating one would bring

honestly youtube accounts are free, its just easier to make you own..

But youtube can be so annoying.. just recognized it when I uploaded the latest Videos. had to audioswap 2 or 3 of them.

Then stop adding your sh**ty music to the videos. Nobody cares about music, it's annoying when you're trying to watch something on YT.

On the "historical bots" video Someone asked me how So many razors were put on one tri bar (this bot had many tribars) and it took forever for him to stop PMing me and asking me, I kept telling him to go to Gametechmods and he kept asking me what it was (I was telling him) and it never stopped. He was eather trolling, he doesn't live in the US, or he's slow. I'm gonna look for the PMS.

The only way this could work is if we had someone whos online 24/7 who can take vids and upload them, or else it's better for us to use our own.

we could have one person in charge of the channel and only they know the password and if someone wants to put a video on they have to pm the person with a download link and then that person puts it on youtube after they check it isnt spam (might work better if 2 or 3 people know the password come think of it now)

I mean what would we use it for? tourny vids? that's all. It's not like RA2 is so popular it'll get the word out.

On the other hand, the DSL mod should have own, it's basically RA2 v2.9

Or... Or we could just get a newb that is good enough at uploading YouTube videos and is online most of the day constantly clicking the "Show new replies to your posts" button who would like to and is generous enough to volunteer for such a wonderful job.
