Title: where's the general off-topic?

A few times recently I've been wanting to post some off-topic subjects, like a general nostalgia thread but we have no general off-topic section for things like that (unless it's in the junkyard, which myself and others have chose not to see). Could we possibly get a general off-topic section please? :)
