Happening to me too, I dont see why smileys are so important though to be honest.

Well it's not just the smilies, its also the fact i have to write out the img, spoiler, and URL things.

Plus the insert quote button doesn't work when posting a message

Everything works for me in both IE and FF

EVERYBODY that has a problem.......clear your cache before posting here again

Still works for me. I thought you had to highlight text, then click the Insert Quote button.

I went to tools
I went to delete browsing history
I selected delete all

Restart your comp and log back in to the forum.....it should work.

So you went to tools/internet options/delete temporary files, and MADE SURE delete Temporary Internet Files was checked and deleted?

upgrade to 8 and see if it helps.

I don't want to upgrade to 8, I got a message a while back asking me to upgrade, I allowed it, & it messed up my whole computer
I had to re-install my computer, delete everything, & start again
