Need help with code

ACAMS:
My host changed servers on me and we rolled back to the oldest PHP, but it was not old enough.

My image code I put in folders to see all images as thumbnails quit working.

Here are the files http://myfolderz.com/Jigs/ImageCode.rar I sure wish one of you young smart guys could help me since Goose is MIA!!!

Thanks for looking at it, but it still doesn't work ..... we reverted to the oldest PHP just to get my site working, should I redo all and go with the latest php?
