at that point why not just use imgur
Blocked in some networks.
I've used slimg for the past few weeks and it seems to not be blocked for others.

in chrome  you can  drag the image into the "upload" box-- even if it was not designed to do it that way.

multiple images requires more work, though

Blocked in some networks. It's nicer to have everything hosted on the same site, it's sad to go on old showcases and all their images are gone because they hosted on photobucket.
Has Photobucket started deleting images?
If you go on the first pages of some really old showcases where the images were uploaded to photobucket, all the images at 404'd. II can't remember which showcases but this was the case years ago.

The image uploader is a cool feature, but it's UX is pretty poor compared to alternatives like imgur. Would it be possible to have a drag+drop feature, and more importantly the ability to upload multiple images at once? Uploading say 3 images for a showcase is a pain in the ass and drives me to services like imgur or puush, which may delete the image after a certain amount of time or be blocked in certain networks.
