Title: Etiquette question
Post by: Condor33 on August 02, 2009, 09:11:54 PM
I understand that it is OK to bump a topic if your post is on topic, however I would like to know if it is valid to post in a topic from 2005. In particular, the pixel art thread. I have a picture I'd like to post, however the topic hasn't been used for nearly five years. Is this valid?

Sure. (although you could just put it in the newer artwork thread)

I didn't know there was an artwork thread, somehow. I looked at it and the last post date was two weeks ago or something

That's a much better option. Thanks for the opinion anyway...

As long as a bump is on topic, has a purpose and adds something to the thread it is fine.

In about a year... someone will bump this topic with something totally irrelevant.
