Nope, when I built it the night before I tightened the arm onto the servo too hard and cracked some gears. Because I'm an idiot :P

As for the ant, hah, I just made a generic flipper with wedge corners on it like everything else I've done. Not my fault if Adder is supa generic ;)
Yeah that was the first non-kit bot we built :P I think I'm going completely redesign it when I have time,it's around 5 or 6 years old at this point.

If I'm not wrong that's an NTM Prop Drive brushless motor.

Hah, it's really not great. Looks fun though. Way too old and badly built, but been designing a new one for a while.

Hopefully get that done sometime this year, along with the new Snappy (will be 4wd), Spinball (BW Drum) and the eventual feather :)

As of now, the current beetles are likely retired from competition, after TNP was generally bad and Snappy 2 woefully underperformed/got torn up

Okay, fun update. The new Snappy will likely not be a lifter or 4wd. Shock.

Hammer Snappy incoming in the next few months :P

Introducing... Snappy Twins! :D

Is this a Featherweight clusterbot or two Featherweight robots? Either way, really liking the idea.

(Image taken from the GTPlanet forums (Gran Turismo forums) which I am actually NOT on. I'll join sometime soon, though.)

Feather cluster. It's literally a chassis I have (Robob, if anyone remembers that) cut in half, with back plates, and filled with drive :P

Looks good, 2wd wedge clusterbots.
How strong are the motors? I only worry a bit that 2wd isn't strong enough to push(then again I have no idea about the technical components used in this and how strong the motors are),loving it.

Well. Hasn't it been a while.

I thought I'd finally update this with my current fleet :)

ANTWEIGHTS

Snappucino
A sneaky Shakey flipper, printed in an exclusive pink. Has had decent success at AWS53 and AWS54.

Mr Cat's Mouse Flat
Antweight version of Mouse House. Made in an evening just to say it exists.

BEETLEWEIGHTS

Snappy (Left)
Ol' Snappy is still knocking around, now with a much improved lifter and very powerful 4wd. Finally getting to where it needs to be! Top 8 at last weekends Burgess Hill Beetle Belt.

Mr Cat's Mouse House (Right)
The first bot in my Mr Cat series. A tribute to one of my all time favourite machines, Tentoumushi. Came 4th at UWE Beetle Brawl.

FEATHERWEIGHTS

Mr Cat's Mouse Mansion
Brand new machine, based on the beetleweight. All about having something fun in the arena!

HEAVYWEIGHTS

Two-Headed Death Flamingo
As part of a larger team, with Dave (ex-Nuts and Jellyfish), Sam (of the Robocast) and Joe. Competed to relative success at 2 events.

We've had a 30lb smotherbot at some of our local events too, always a fan favorite.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time
