Robots have evolved since Battlebots and Robot Wars came into existence. Some old ones, however, remain the best. I just thought people could make compelling arguments as to which bots (of different types) were (or are) the best.
Best FBS: Ziggo
Ziggo embodies the FBS: destroy or die trying. Almost every single match Ziggo has ever fought resulted in a KO against him or onto his obliterated opponent (what usually happened). He was so destructive that being obliterated in combat meant you got "Ziggo'd". While Shrederator, Megabyte and his kin, and others tear up the RFL, none can match the awesome power contained in that little wok.

Best Walker/HS: Son of Wyatchi. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBcF5vA3VTk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBcF5vA3VTk) While this bot is not perfect by any means, it still sticks in my memory as the most destructive non-wheeled bot I have seen.

In robot wars i would say Behemoth or Razer but my favorite had to be 9 stegs to heaven it came out and got beaten EVERY time and they kept coming back for more you just knew something fun would happen when it was vs hipno disc

Best flipper/lifter: Chaos 2. Why? Though I am not a fan of the bot, no flipper ever terrorized the ranks for as long as Chaos did. It totally transformed robot wars and robotic combat, popularizing the flipper. Even though T-minus, Gravity, Ziggy, Toro, Wheely Big Cheese, and other flipping powerhouses have terrorized robotic combat, none remained as competitive for as long as Chaos 2. Honourable mention: Biohazard
Best pusher: Sewer Snake. Why? The last robot you'd ever expect to be the #1 ranked heavyweight of all time proved that there is no substitute for ingenuity and amazing driving. It breaks nearly all building guidelines used in today's bots, having six big red exposed wheels, no destructive or powerful weaponry, or any flashy, showy bodywork. No, Sewer Snake is all push. A totally dominating force, not even Supermegabyte or Ziggy can stand in it's way. Honourable mention: Tornado

Your forgetting an FBS; Moebius. Completely destructive and more successful than Shrederator, Phrizbee, and any others I've seen.
Pusher im going to have to go with Wrath and Wrath Junior...
Lifter or flipper as Chaos 2? C'mon; Biohazard (no matter how much I disliked) was around just as long and was just as successful.
Horizontal Spinner I'd have to go with Hazard. Whyachi's lost their effectiveness really, and YU812 was a bust.
Best walker?...Pressure Drop ^_^

Moebius? He lost to Ankle Biter, didn't he? Has he competed since?
He can't be more successful than Megabyte, who won championships in the SHW class as a HW.

FBS: Definatly Megabyte and Super MegaByte. I dont even remeber seeing Mobies in any other fight than the one where it lost to Ankle Biter.
Pusher: Wrath is the Battlebots version of Panzer right? If so I agree.
Flipper: Biohazard was the most succesful but definatly not the best.
HS: Nothing really could match hazard....Tornado Mer might be close.
Walker: ANARCHY. Definatly one of the best walkers along with Drillzilla and Whachi.
