Maybe something like Diesector or Tazbot.  I've really come to apreciate the innvoation and ingenuity after the builder released all of his fights.  They weree designed to take a beating, and win with minimal damage to the foe.  Plus they were great to watch.

. Good luck with repairing them between matches.

have fun with 10 pseudo featherweights which cant push a shw for crap and get obliterated on one hit. And that's still implying you can find a place that runs superheavies anymore.

^my thoughts exactly

Also, might as well post it now the rest of my components have been shipped, my summer project, which is what I will be building :L

1.5kg Beetleweight, relying on my driving skills :P
Not seen here is the 2WD (it'll be invertible) or the 15mm HDPE box behind those slanted side-skirts.
Thanks to Tweedy for sketching this up for me. I just filled it with the components (to scale, of course).

DP:

Just remade the design with Paint:

The Arm is a front hinged flipper with spike strips all down it, yes I know it's an Ra2 part but if I recreated it, it would create damage and look cool

Also, this is my design for me and helloface's kind of shared idea

It's lacrosse season. I have no time, I'll likely work on it during the Summer Break after Provincial tournaments.

Another idea I had was to make a bot like Big Nipper, only somehow make it capable of using both weapons in the same battle.  BN basically has to choose beforehand whether it's going to be a lifter or a crusher, and I'd like to invent some way to do both.  It's the perfect design to reach inside a flipper bot and sever its pneumatic ram - Seriously, in its match against Grim Reaper, it had its claws wrapped right around the Reaper's mechanism, but couldn't do anything about it because the they went with the lifter config.
