Comic-Comp [IRL HW tournament]

That's right im going to be having a second go at making a tournament. I tried making one a while back but got caught up with work and so I wanted to try again.

Tournament Rules

Re skinned robot wars 2016 arena 
bracket and competition is modelled after the newest season of battlebots season 8/3
55 entrants Max
Each bot will fight 4 times and the top 16 bots with the most wins will go to the main tournament
each match is 3min
For Judges decisions we will have 3 judges The Orc corp,primivial brony and Harry from good robottal
THERE WILL BE NO BIAS AS TO WHO WILL WIN
Match will be restarted in the case of havok
Build Rules+Gimmick
So for this tournament the gimmik is that looks come first
your bots can be effective but if they are bland or unoriginal then they can be deemed "not worthy"-Thor
Its Basic IRL rules from there on
component freedom is allowed as long as its used for IRL purposes
no servos
overkill motor is a yes flat motor is also a yes everything else is a no for cheat bot 2 (quick note if you want to us overkill motors you must ai yourself)
no melty brain
it would be useful if you made your own AI but I can do most
no eternal flame
30kg extra for walkers
20kg for shufflers
no overhead thwak bots
no swiss army bots to keep it simple for me
it it is 1 entry per user unless I need some extra spaces filled
I dont know when I will be taking entries probably when I feel I have enough people interested

Ok so after some quick responses to this I just wanna clear somethings up. Firstly some people didn't understand the gimmick or had a general complaint about it. What I wanted to do as that I wanted to make a tournament that encourages the creative side of IRL builders, thrre are some bots that are made just to win while some builders work that is creative or innovative sometimes goes unnoticed. Some people feel it's a little harsh to just say that you can't enter just because your bot dos'nt have something 'wacky' or 'weird' but if you made a tournament and someone built a bot that goes against the rules that you made then should they still be allowed in? I'm not seeing the big issue here that you guys are bringing up but I want to just try something a bit more original and fun for people

Ok so quick update on this so it dos'nt fall into the shadows.
The limit to the amount of bots that will be in the competition will be infinite and by the time the deadline for bots being sent hits I will work out the bracket and how to do it.
Also I wanted to do faruq lines but I realized that I don't have the ability yo put it in the video so I will be doing faruq type lines on the splash which people will have to send me with their bot.
And finally the maximum amount of bots you can send me when this goes into signups is 3. This is not to say you have to enter 3 but you can.

I am thinking about making a dial up themed robot for all tournaments, or more than  70%, and it looks like this may be the 1st event its in, I am happy that it uses judges, it will not score that many actual points.

Also, when you said IRl, which meta? DSL? Thats the most common i have seen for IRl but you never specified exactly in the rules.
