Made Shredder. Happy with how I BFE'd the red discs into the blue and especially how I BFE'd the chassis shape.

Oh, also I made Apollo but haven't skinned it yet.

(Image removed from quote.)

And same situation with Firestorm, not skinned and the flipper glitches through the floor so will replace that at some point. Edit: changed the flipper to an armour panel.

They're pretty damn cool, I'd love to see you create more such as
classic Robot Wars Competitors:
Chaos 2
Hypno-Disc
Storm 2
Thermidor 2
Dominator 2
Comengetorix
Ming 3
Spawn Again
King B Powerworks
Thor
Terrorhurtz
R.O.C.S.
Pussycat
Hellbent
Behemoth
Dantomkia
Panic Attack
Diotoir
Kan-Opener

Battlebots:
Valkyrie
Lockjaw
End Game
Bite Force
Ultraviolent
Razorback
Stinger
Son Of Whyachi
Poison Arrow
Death Roll

King Of Bots:
Vulcan
Saber 2
Switch
Whirlwind
Two BBQ

They will look awesome if you decide to create them.
Robot Wars Reboot:
Concussion
Vulture
Androne 4000
Apocalypse

For some reason I only just saw this, but this is certainly a checklist I can get on with

Wanted to make a Donald Thump replica, but halfway through I threw a curveball and give it my own decal.

Yay, someone used my tutorial! :3
Also nice looking replica!

it was Resetti Replicas to suggest it to me, and yeah, it was very useful! ;). also at first i was going to test it with Shapeshifter, but i wasn't sure to do it, so i decided to make Crazy Coupe 88 which seemed more simple.
turned out it was more complex!

anyway (if we exclude the trapezoids piece texturing problem).

feel free to suggest what i can change.

I would try and use a flatmotor for the weapons instead of the piglets, they are flatter so shoudln't be as noticable and they have more power but they aren't overpowered

As a part of an replica tournament, we had an hour to recreate a specific replica. Mine was Inshredable and it turned out decent.

Instead of BFE, you could also rebuild it. This way, you can make it even better.

BFE'ing the wheels in will make it look just the same as if the motors got moved in slightly, only difference is if you know how to BFE it will be a lot quicker.

Made a standard 4WD bot with a wedge and saw at the front. Nothing special about it other than a custom skin which in itself isn't unique either.

This week's theme will be "Pokken Bots"

Rules:

This week's theme is Pokemon as requested on the discord. You have to build a robot with the name of a Pokemon and make sure the robot is easily associated to the Pokemon you are building it around. The arena will be the Robot Wars 2016 arena. The format will be like a Robot Wars Series 3/5 heat with a final at the end of it.

The 'Raptor Gang' should be filmed this week, however for this tournament and the future ones until I can figure out a way to record in a better quality the results will be posted on the Challonge and screenshots will be taken of the fight and uploaded. Deadline is Friday at 6pm, with the splashes, bracket and results uploaded that weekend. Good luck!

Both of these look so sick. Will we see any of these in a tournament?

I was doodling and came up with a weird shaped chassis with a flipper extension at the front and eyes on the top, so I made it in RA2 and I'm rather happy how it turned out.

So...I tried something different earlier. This robot is basically created from landed on different criteria rolled from a dice. Got given a 4WD wedge shaped robot which had to have a vertical saw and a horizontal spinner as well as be teal and dark green. Here is the result. It's a bit too slow to be competitive but it was a fun challenge.

These are ngl, pretty epic. But it's still Taco Bell so it's grim

Don't lie Hop, you loved being in Taco Bell with me  ;)

I have the power of 2 DSL bots

**** you, nothing can beat Peak Raptor
But the flipper arm is too thin. Once that's off, a robot can **** Peak Raptor.

Tbf a lot of robots have thin weapons or little support. As it's the first week I wasn't too strict on the IRL rules, next week's will be stricter though.

The splashes are up and so is the bracket. Check out the raptors and make your predictions on the Challonge linked in the first post!

Hey guys I decided to make a Destructive Criticism replica, if you are on discord you probably have seen it, but here it is

[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]

If you know how to BFE components move the wheels to fit into the space cleaner. Other than that nice

Not a big fan of this, more of an experiment in making an extenderbot with armour panels. Also I watched the Series 6 episode with Vader in it earlier so...yeah. Very top heavy, gyro-prone design with no srimech. At least the disc has a cool pattern.
