Soo.. i have been placing games and stuff on my new pc... so i then went to play RA2 So i enter team hq... i enter my team. And it crashed... i tried other teams and they worked... all my bots that ive imported (Duke family) flipster, dank.. they crash also.. ive tried compatibility set to 2000.. and nothing... also what i am seeing is that mplayer also does not work.. what to do???

As the title says.. the flippers that are in DSL are just too weak.... you really cant do much with betaburst if you put 50+ kilo flipper on it... i really dont want to modify flipper motors' txt file... all i can do is make a seperate txt of the more powerful flipper motor... speaking of these motors... they are weak... and would be in real life... (i mean.. when i cant even lift M.O.E)

It took me few days to make this but it's here.. I have made IRL motors for flippers.. Importing it was not hard.. texting was painful.. it took me day to fine tune every motor... Future plan.. make power more realistic.. Make lifter and crusher out of the gmf.. Make them use air... If there is problem.. or any way to help me make these motors better PM me!

Well as the name says.. my speedlikn thunderstrike died..... the thing is that when i move the cable at a certain angle... it dies.... and now my pc doesnt even recognize it anymore... first side effect was that mode was turning of by itself... mow it is dead
Wat to do?? Replace the cable??

I know this is already a thing for few years and everybody know it, but ill make a topic out of it
There is a way to play Robot Arena 2 (any) in wscreen mode... All you gotta do is change the ra2.cfg file..
There are two res segments below fullscreen section
Soo... lets say i want to play it on my laptop... now without the changing, top res is 1024 X 768.. If i change the width and height on first segment (1280 X 800) it will fit the screen windowed or fullscreen.. That res is for battle, game res and 3d stuff...
Now the second segment changes the HUD, UI, And other menues... the tricky part is that after changing res you might experience cut-outs (not that i experienced)
That is it... enjoy!
Note: the res ingame will show 640 X 480 cuz devs didnt made scripts for 16:9 res.. Also save the cfg as a read only file! That will help you if you want to put 4:3 res to import templates, as you cant click on the import template while on wscreen..

So i want to create chronic body for bttb.. Created display and collision meshes, created attachment point exported and compiled it sucessly.. ran DSL 2.2 and pressed attach and BAM! Game crashed! It didnt showed me error or anything..
Here is what i use.. 3DS max 5 Reference.max and gmf Mbyte RA2 export script And C++ compiler..
Notes: In the reference.max instead of noise_amt it says NOUSE_AMT (tried ignoring it and writing i instead of u). While dummys ra gmf comp says
Map compiler Run-time error '52': Bad file name or number

Some robots on DSL 2.2 turn around and drive into wall and keeps going fwrd.. some of them are moonwalking (driving backwards)

so i bought new bluetooth controller month ago. i played many games on my tab.. and i though of an idea.. play it via pc! I looked up on my pc for bluetooth (long story short: i have no bt on my pc). tried to connect via usb and no luck.. it did not recognize it.. what to do??? (dont suggest me to buy bt stick, i borrowed my friends and istill didnt recognize)

I started to build my own bot for RA2 via 3ds max. Now ive done making flipper (a triangle and a rectangle) added skins and a attachment point. Started making body and as soon as i drawed lines i thought "how to fill thi blank space?" i read buildng w 3ds max thread but it did no good. :realmad(Sooo... I started to create robot for Robot ArenaRW mod... As the game is missing some bots and it was the final build... Chaos 2 was piece of cake but firestorm is pissing me off... I placed right part, left part, back, and chassis... Only thing i didnt do is its front... Every time i want to place it it says: components should not intersect the chassis or other comp.. (left and right part of fstorm are problems).. What to do??? Should i change something in txt file??
