Anyway, I've looked into Mega Hurts, the skins are working with no problem so I'm not sure what the problem is, have you added any other components yourself?

Are you still working on finishing the mod? Some of the skins on the components, like Mega hurts are missing. I also found the Kronic shell from RA2 RW mod for some strange reason.
I am yes, that is strange that the skins are missing. It works on mine so I'm not sure what the problem is but I'll check.


About the Kronic shell, or any other weird components you find, I added a lot from many mod packs so that almost all robots will work on this mod.


I'm still working on it, consider the first release as a beta I guess. There are some robots that drive backwards and I don't know why because I tested each one before releasing. Also I missed out the DSL3 Drillzilla for some reason too.

That's the problem, changing the canvas size. Unless it's a specific size you have changed it to, loading it will cause the game to crash.


Basically, if the dimensions of the texture don't match the dimensions of the chassis, it won't work.
Hope that makes sense and is useful :)

Slight UI mods,
Made a little change and took the cursor from RWED and made it into the cursor for RA2:

Remove any background white to make it transparent, save as a tga, rename & replace with your cursor and it's ready to go

Have any custom cursors you would like to share? Post them here (please!!)

An issue that I noticed with this mod was that the inbuilt system of importing/exporting custom texture maps onto bots doesn't work. Other than that the mod has been brilliant.
Hmm, I'll check to see why, thank you for pointing this out!


Edit:
I've just exported, edited and imported a skin on one of my bots and it worked fine. Would you mind telling me the details of the robot you're editing? IE did you make it using the mod, have you used bfe on the chassis...

I wish someone would make the old robot wars arenas
I considered doing this, with the two nets and ball above the arena (I'm talking about RW95 and 96)
After I'm done with SRAI I think I'll start to make my own RW mod

Just a small announcement, I'm still working on this mod. I'm including more tools and different UI from the last release.
