If I find some time to dive into my one remaining 2.2 game that I have left I may build smth for this. Also, just to clarify, does no custom components include no skinning components?
It's in 2.4, I posted that at 2am and forgot to delete that part from the old copy-pasted ruleset. Skinned components are fine.

It has come to my attention that the previous rules were completely retarded so I'll restate them.
Structure
- DSL 2.4 IRL HW
- 3 minutes
- Double Elimination
- Containment Cube arena
- Judging criteria will be Damage /10, Aggression /5, and Control /5, without split scoring.
- Tournament will be livestreamed at some point. I'm pretty sure I'm banned from the GTM Discord for some reason so I'll figure out later if I'll be setting a formal date or if I'll just stream it whenever with some old members and upload it later
Rules
- One entry per person
- No flamethrowers
- I will be AIing, but I have the right to ask you do do it yourself
- BFE is allowed
- Walkers and Shufflers will gain a 400kg weight bonus, but at least 200kg must be used on the movement system
- No custom components
- First and second game-changing havok, restart; third havok, your bot is eliminated
- No custom armour
- Multibots are allowed (both bots must be eliminated to constitute a knockout)
- No invincible direct-to-chassis armour
- If a bot mauler dances 30 seconds it is eliminated

If we have people who can pay the fees and people to administrate, let them fill their respective roles. It looks like supporting the site can be done by one or more volunteers. In terms of running everything, that's a different discussion - ACAMS is only transferring the financial obligations. But we've definitely had lots of comments on appointing new administrators in the past, so if that's something to work on alongside deferring the hosting fee I think it's a good time. I'm hoping it can be a decision between ACAMS, Trov, and whomever pays the bills (after they've been chosen), supported by the community. Let's sort out the payments first.
