So you've basically reached toddler level.

nice advice, certainly this will help his building 10-fold.

General Support / Game crashes after inserting bindings.

Ok, basically I started AI'ing last night, it all went fine, got my first robot (a 'chopper') into the game and it ran smoothly.

But then I tried again with a second robot (a 'flipper') and now the game crashes every time I boot it up. 

Is there any routine stuff I need to check that I might have missed out?

Where are they located in cheatbot2? I've used them before but I've lost them (ie. can't find them in the Weapons section, they don't seem to be in the S3 parts of Extras either.)

Just downloaded an AI Pack called RWAI (looked interesting, I think it's Robot Wars related) and it's an .ace file, which I've never seen before.

How do I use this AI pack? I must be being very stupid.

Stock Showcases / The 'Mazakari can't built stock' showcase.

Right. As soon as I found DSL, I've used it completely exclusively, so I can't rememeber the last time I loaded up some stock to build with.

The tournament set up by ianh05 gave me some motivation to do so, and MY GOD I DON'T LIKE IT HELP.

Ok, I finally took the hint and made a showcase to get some feedback on some robots I built to feature in the potential Robot Wars style display tournament explained in https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,13058.0.html <<<<< that thread.

Here's a selection of ones I've built that I want to include. Be warned, it's in a spoiler because there's a lot of images.

I realise I seem to have a little bit of a thing for that chevron stripe. I'll make amends at some point to change it.

Anything you like? Any suggestions for styles of robot you want to see built for the tournament?

Would there be any interest in a Robot Wars style display tournament?
I've been lurking for a while just looking through showcases and tournamants and was wondering if there was any interest in a completely original lineup of robots designed to look like they could be on the tv show.

They're not anything like your DSL showcases but they're (hopefully) balanced enough to not be completely one-sided. :-)
